(syn: Boltonia incisa, Kalimeris incisa) This easy-to-grow Asian native makes a nice clump, to 15″ tall, topped from June until October with 1″ light blue, aster-like flowers. Just like its cousin, Aster mongolica (Kalimeris pinnatifida/mongolica), Aster incisus is a great garden subject and is very tolerant of a wide range of garden conditions from dry to moist.
