Dense pale mottling spreads across the dark leaves of Hoya caudata Sumatra, breaking into irregular grey-silver areas that look embedded in the textured surface. The margins rise and fall around a sharply pointed tip.
Each blade keeps a distinct pattern as it matures, so adjacent leaves differ in their balance of green and silver. Pale fuzzy flowers carry a darker central corona.
