PRUNUS x YEDOENSIS IVENSII CLT 25 CIRC. TR. 10 – 12 CM 1/2 STD
Prunusyedoensis ‘Ivensii’ is a graceful weeping Yoshino cherry forming a small, deciduous tree with arching, cascading branches. In early spring, pale pink buds open to masses of single white blossom, creating a soft, cloud-like display, followed by fresh green leaves that develop gentle autumn tints. Grow in full sun in moist but well-drained, moderately fertile soil. An elegant specimen for lawns, courtyards, or smaller gardens; fully hardy and reliable.
This is a standard tree with a clear stem and a shaped crown above. The tree was grown up to this stem height and then pruned to stop the trunk growing taller. The clear stem will remain at the height you receive it at, with future growth coming from the top of the tree.
To help give a clear sense of scale, the stone wall shown in our photos measures approximately 265cm in height.
